Report a Bug
Disclaimer
Please note that I am under no obligation to fix bugs or provide support for my extensions. By purchasing an extension, you are accepting it as-is. However, I do appreciate bug reports and will do my best to address them when time permits.
How to Report a Bug
Please avoid DMing me on Discord or emailing me directly regarding bugs.
- Join My Discord: If you're experiencing issues, join my Discord server and post in the #extension-help channel.
- Patrons get priority support in the #extension-priority-help channel.
- I focus solely on ensuring the native functionality of my extensions works as intended. I will not create or troubleshoot custom buttons, handle basic SAMMI setup, or troubleshoot issues unrelated to my extensions. If the extension itself works as designed, further setup or integration is your responsibility.
- Bug reports should include detailed steps to reproduce the issue. Please have a basic understanding of SAMMI before asking for help.
- For additional help, join the official SAMMI Solutions Discord server and post in the #extensions channel for community support.
When reporting a bug, please include:
- The extension name and current version (available in the extension tab in Bridge)
- A detailed description of the issue, including screenshots of error messages and button commands
- Steps to reproduce the bug
- Any other relevant details, such as your SAMMI version, OBS version (if the extension relates to OBS).
